-- Chestnut Ridge -- Our new luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom log home located in a quiet mountain area (very few homes in the area). This home was recently built and is currently being furnished with very luxurious furniture including custom made log beds (from Wisconsin), leather sofas, wide screen televisions, surround sound systems, a fully equipped kitchen including gourmet cookware, and complete game room.

-- Cohutta Overlook -- Currently being finished. While designed as a 4 bedroom house, this executive log home will be configured with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 game rooms. The home is located near the top of the Cohutta Overlook area which has exceptionally long-range views of the Cohutta National Forest which is the largest wildlife reserve east of the Mississippi. The elevation is above the EPA protected zone, so the home was built under fairly strict regulations and on a large lot (3 acres). Even at this high elevation, it is simple to access.  It will be exceptionally well furnished to the standards one would expect of an executive home
