season, Spring Break, Summer, and holidays. No single night
reservations offered.

- 5-night minimum @ Seasonal rate OR
- 3-night minimum @ Peak rate
- Summer:
- 3-night minimum (except for 4-bedroom homes)
- 4-night minimum (4-bedroom homes)
- Leaf season (October and last weekend of September):
- 4-night minimum
- (introductory rates
not available for less than 5 nights)
- Major Holidays (Thanksgiving, December holidays, New Years,
Independence Day):
- 5-night minimum (except 4-bedroom homes)
- 7-night minimum (4-bedroom homes)
